#55 making things that ARENT healthy...healthy!

erika and i are really really REALLY healthy eaters.
and when we eat something not healthy,
we have this way of making it healthy.
it goes like this:
- we read the ingredients
- but ONLY read the words that are healthy things!
example....

so these chips are actually really healthy!
they have vegetables.
corn.
soybean.
cheese.
milk.
wheat.
flour.
get it??

THAT my friends is how i stay so skinny!
just got eat healthy!
